We have Selina from The Reflexology Room, working in the clinic once a week. Selina is a qualified Reflexologist, level 3 trained and has been practising for 2 years. She incorporates Aromatherapy with her treatments to create the best possible outcome for her clients, and to help restore balance and harmony in the body. Selina is also trained in massage and facial treatments.

Reflexology is a beneficial, healing and detoxing foot treatment working with reflex points on the feet. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.
